Sara Miller

This project was created for my senior thesis class for my Mass Communication major at LInfield College.  It combined my passions for writing, interviewing, filming and editing with my love for sports.  I wanted to show how special the baseball program at Linfield is, and I think I was able to accomplish that.

 

An incredible amount of thanks goes to my advisor for helping me get my project on the right track; to the parents of the Linfield baseball boys for welcoming me so graciously into the baseball family; to Zach Manley for taking my flip camera to places I couldn't go for real, in-depth shots in to the life of the Linfield team; and  to Todd Pladson for sharing his beautiful photos of the boys with me. 

 

But most importantly, I need to thank the members of the Linfield baseball team and their coaches.  I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with and am so honored and proud to be considered a part of this program.
